We stayed in the de Pestana Hotel, because of the planned trip to Lençois de Maranheses.The tourguide picked us up from the Hotel and we returned 2 days later.

Pestana hotel is a good hotel and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The classification of the hotel should be 4 stars and not 5.

During my recent business trip to Sao Luis, my director chose Blue Tree for our stay, and I have to say it was a superb choice. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and a children's pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. The snack bar by the pool was a great addition, offering tasty refreshments and snacks to keep us energized.

The check-in and check-out process was a bit lengthy, causing a minor inconvenience.

Lack of Cleanliness I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Despite requesting the staff to change the AC filters due to mold, there was no follow up.

Gorgeous seaside views from the balcony and a cozy bed to enjoy them from. The room service was impeccable, with warm towels and fresh sheets brought in daily. The hotel's location near the beach was a dream come true and we enjoyed the local food trucks and romantic sunset strolls.

Private facilities were also available, making us feel quite exclusive.

Although the service was top-notch, the music played nonstop at the pool area was an annoyance.
